The innovative Plastmo rolled-in and co-extruded gasket systems incorporate a Q-Lon or PCE gasket that is pre-inserted into the profile during the extrusion process, using the very latest production techniques.

Having the gaskets as an integral part of the profile, rather than a separate component, simplifies the ordering and stockholding process for fabricators. It also speeds up the fabrication of windows and doors, since the gaskets do not need to be inserted separately.

High-performance materials for long-life durability
Q-Lon is an advanced foam material offering long-life durability, with no shrinkage. PCE is a new breed of gasket material that provides exceptional weather-proofing. Both materials have an unobtrusive, low-line appearance and provide a watertight double seal against the elements.
